does anyone know if it is possible to convert a single stand gooseneck jack to 2 speed manual or electric?

I think it is POSSIBLE to convert the single speed BullDog jack to 2 speed, basically by replacing the gear head.
Whether or not it is worth it is another question; you might find that replacing the whole jack is a lot simpler and only slightly more expensive than jacking around with part swapping.
