Do you mean gooseneck or do you really mean 5th wheel? I'll let others answer for a gooseneck ball setup but for an actual 5th wheel hitch you need to get one that tilts side to side as well as front and back. Most just tilt front and back and don't worry about the side to side because most 5th wheel trailers (RV type) rarely go offroad, horse trailers do and it's bad if the hitch won't let it tilt independently of the truck.

If you mean 5th wheel I can look up a few different brands that will work well if you want.

 I guess its a gooseneck, I really didn't know there was a difference.  Its a 27Ft 3H trailer with a 13Ft. L/Q Thanks

B&W Turnover ball is the on I have and I love it! I would have nothing else but a B&W. JMHO.

What Mark said..... it's a good hitch and the ball is out of the way when you don't need it.
