That would be the BrakeSmart controller.  I have one on my '06 Ram 3500 and it is the cat's meow when stopping a horse trailer.  You don't even feel the trailer pushing/pulling the truck... response is seamless--just a FANTASTIC product!

A bit pricey, but well worth it IMHO.
