Barbara Reinken of Windrinker Farm faces 77 counts of curelty charges, 4 being felony aggravated animal cruelty because of the deaths of 4 horses, according to today's Morning Herald, Hagerstown, MD. One horse, found dead, with a tarp over the body, had suffered rib fractures and a partially deflated lung. I wonder how long it suffered? A dead horse fetus was found in a plastic bag in a bucket on the front seat of a car on her property. The list goes on.......! The article stated she may have to undergo psychological counseling. Sound to me like psychiatric hospitalization is in order! Very disturbing article!
