Does anyone have any experience with the TL-50 made by Blaylock?
Hi and Welcome to the Forum.
I don't have any experience of this particular gadget.
Basically stealing a trailer takes so much blatant gall that overcoming a lock on the hitch would not present a significant additional obstacle.
I use some combination of tactics, including leaving it attached to the truck, parking other vehicles in front of it, locking the landing gear and removing the handle, the 100 lb dog, other elements that I want to not disclose in a public forum, etc.

I keep a TL-50 on my trailer when it is not attached to the truck AND ditto to what Reg says. I also always lower the landing gear to below tailgate level. All those things slow down a thief and cause them to seek easier prey. With enough time a thief can work through most barriers . . . my goal is to slow them down so that they go somewhere else.
If you lower the trailer to deter a theif be sure and raise it before you back under the trailer to hitch up!!!
