Just to send a note about two recent experiences. Bought a Yamaha 2400 generator ( purrs like a kitten, sips gas, will run the AC if everything else is off) and sent in the $ 75.00 rebate form. Well left some stuff out on the form and they were nice enough to call me and said if I could fax the info they would still process the rebate. The check came Friday, how many other companies would file 13 the form and say sorry about your luck ?. Forgot to throw the pop up cover into the tool box and lost it to the wind. Called and told them how stupid I was the rep just chuckled and asked for my address he would send me a couple right out free. Offered to pay he said don't worry about it, when I lose these call again and he'll send some more.Nice to have positive experiences these days. Rich.
