I've never found anything written. I had to ask my trailer repair person (annual maintenance, nothing has been falling off or apart!) who also sells trailers for a value for my insurance company. Might start there. If you're looking to buy/sell, prices vary greatly by location.

Just traded my 4 star in on a C&C and to find the value on the 4 star for trade in we called 4 star. They told us the lowest and highest that my used trailer should be valued at to resale or trade in. I am assuming that other trailer manufactures can do the same.

NADA has some trailers listed in the rv section. I have an Exiss, and only back to 98 was shown. Not much help. That's the one the bank used. So I just went on line and looked at comparable trailers. Unless you take it to a dealer. We have none close by.
