I have a 2005 Trailswest LQ (great trailer by the way) it has a one piece roof and there are screws along the edge with a sealer that not only seals the roof seam but covers the screw heads as well. Time and the sun have taken its toll on the sealer and it is drying out and some has fallen off. I am looking for a sealer that's thick enough to seal the seam and cover the screw heads. Any ideas. Tape won't work.

Look up Dicor Lap Sealant, it may be the sealer the manufacturer used. My trailer has a similar set-up to yours and this is what was used on mine. I just ordered some to do my trailer, so I can't tell you much about how it is to work with yet.
