Would like to know how difficult it will be to put a conversion over a steel liner ?  Also is there any way to do the conversion where it wont add so much weight, since the steel liner and insulation are already there ?  Still need to run Electric wire and gas line.  Walls need to be strong enough to suport cabinets.  Thank you....
