I have an older Featherlite 2 horse trailer. I removed the dividers in the trailer because my horse loads better in an open trailer. The trailer is now open from front to back. My horse tends to ride standing sideways in the very front of the trailer and I am concerned that this will add too much tongue weight. is this possible or is this OK to let him ride like this? Thanks.

Too much tongue weight only causes squat, not a particular problem. Too little tongue weight causes fishtailing (very dangerous). So you're likely fine. If it is a bumper pull, might consider tying him in the front, so he doesn't get to move around and cause issues.
