Does anyone know what size mattress goes up in the peak sleeping area ? This is a 3 horse 15.8 short wall . Also where is the best place to order them from

Every trailer differs, so you should measure the neck area of the trailer. Most trailers that are 8’ wide will have enough room for a queen mattress. Trailers not as wide will take a full mattress.
You can find RV mattresses online fairly easily. The difference between a regular mattress and an RV mattress is the length. RV mattresses tend to be more expensive I find.
I have a regular queen sized mattress in my LQ, and the length is fine. Mine is a Spa Sensations memory foam that comes in a box from Walmart. It is 6-7 years old, and I have had it in multiple trailers, and love it.
It was not super expensive, easy to get as it was delivered to my doorstep, and was very reasonably priced.
