Photo of Franken-Trailer's interior - interior is repainted with 3 gallons of enamel epoxy & 2 coats of red oxide primer and it looks good. There are a few places where the old adhesive holding the insulation was still there, and blasting it was deforming the metal too much, so that was left and painted over. It had paint and primer under it, so not much of a rust threat. (the painter and I had discussed that beforehand because it looked like a PITA to remove that stuff)
It had snowed the night before I picked up the trailer, so we could tell exactly where the leaks are. There are three of them, one larger one by an exterior light fixture where there are wires going through the wall, two small ones along the top seams. I am going to find and fix those, and recaulk all the seams on top. Then if I'm sure I have the leaks found, will caulk all interior seams, then install glue in insulation (Tyvek foam board).
