Doesn't look like a recent Sundowner VIN# I've seen. Maybe more like a 1992? Last several years the Sundowners have started with a 13SK and the 12/13 digits were like a KA, VA, LA, or so on.
But the first 3 digits of a VIN indicate the manufacturer, so yes it does appear to be a Sundowner. The year identifies like Admin used does roll over, so they repeat every so often.
