Looking at new Lakota lq’s trailers. 9-11ft short wall and either 3-4 horse slant load. The colt model has lifetime pressure treated wood floors per Dixie Horse and Mule website and the charger model has aluminum floors. Which floors would you prefer and why? Mainly will be used to haul within a couple hours of home on the weekends. We right now live on a mile down a dirt road.

Well, since no one else replied. If I'm buying an aluminum horse trailer, I believe I prefer an aluminum floor rather than wood. The trailers that I've seen with wood, were done as economy models. All floor require maintenance, but the aluminum may be less than wood. And either requires a rubber mat- so no benefit there.
I do believe resale will be better on a good condition aluminum floor. It is easier to visually verify the condition of the aluminum.
Lifetime warranty- that's a marketing department idea, not engineering. Lifetime warranty brake pads don't last forever either.
