There probably wasn't ever any such things. Most manufacturers would give you the manuals for each component installed on/in the trailer, but very few manufacturers have an actual LQ manual they produce. Bison & Lakota do today, but they are some of the few.
Most of what you are probably looking for can be tracked down through the RV industry on various youtube channels. An experienced RV mechanic or salesperson can also likely give you some good operating info once they've had a chance to see it in person.
