Subject: gooseneck electrical panel

I have a gooseneck trailer with no weekender package or anything like that, just plain unfinished changing area. I do camp in it for horse shows and would like to have 120v and 12vdc power. I am not planning on running anything on batteries, only shore power or generator. I envision an electrical panel mounted outside under the gooseneck that I can run 120v into the trailer from, also have an outside receptacle, and be able to plug into my round 7 pin trailer plug to run my 12v lights. I do not want an indoor panel, as sometime in the future I may want to insulate and finish off the inside and don't want to have to worry about moving the panel later on. Is this possible? Who makes a distribution panel like this?
