We are looking at having a Shadow Car/Toy Hauler with Living Quarters built. We are impressed with what Shadow has to offer and their pricing. However, we haven't seen a Shadow trailer in our years of rodeoing and playdaying. We can't seem to find the specs for the trailers (i.e., GVWR, Carrying Capacity, etc). The closest dealer that has a similar trailer in stock for us to look at is over 5 hours away. We have also been talking to Sundowner about having a trailer custom built also. We are familiar with Sundowner but not Shadow. Can anyone give me their opinion of this manufacturer and trailer? When we stopped rodeoing and playdaying we had a Platinum Coach with the Outlaw Package and loved it.Also, just FYI, we cannot buy the typical "toy hauler" that is on the market right now due to we are hauling a rock-crawling jeep that weighs over 4K and it's size alone will not fit in a "toy hauler".Any input would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

I wasn't impressed with the ones I've seen. But the lady who used to own my (super nice) Cimarron traded it on a Shadow with a slide out, so maybe they have a higher level that's better.

Good morning Michele. We've been working with Angela at Hickmans in DeRidder Louisiana. She has gotten us a tentative quite for a new build. In fact we are heading there in about an hour to look at what Shadow trailers have to offer. Not sure what we are going to end up doing.

Is there anyone that has had experience with these trailers? Besides a dealer? Im wondering about the structural quality over a long period of time?
