Lunde 12 volt system, monarch hydraulics,model 3530, getting power to cellunoids tried switching them and jack will still only raise not lower ,talked to monarch and lunde which is now magnum lift,if I turn the pressure realeses on both cellunoids it will lower by the hand jack or the lower button either one
