Hi, We have two honda 2000 on top in the rack. We have them in a truck tool box( the kind you se in the back of trucks) That way they are out of site out of mind kind of deal and can be locked. My question is , I would like to run the exhaust out of the box can I use copper pipe for this? Or do you have any ideas? Thanks for looking.

Try EMT tubing...electrical section at Home Depot....has fittings, sweeps, etc.
You also need to provide air coming in for the engine to operate. Also read the owners manual about operating in a confined space.....might be frowned upon.

You can get aluminum emt at electrical contracter supply houses.I would put the exhaust in one end of the box,and a 2x larger intake port on the other.Then mount a 200 -400 cfm 120 vac blower on the inside of the intake that came on when ever a gen set is running.That would force fresh air over the gen sets and out the other end along with the exhaust. I would want a minimum 4 " exhaust port,remember you are circulateing cooling air as well as removeing exhaust.
