I have plenty of water available to me normally but we are planning on going on the San Antonio Stock and Rodeo ride next year. We have friends that do it every year and have talked us into going. It is ten days with only a couple of the days have water available to fill your tanks. I have 45 gal internal on the trailer and another 48 in the hay rack. I want to get a 55 gal drum ( they are only $10) and use that for extra water to refill the trailer for showers. I have found some hand pumps on Amazon that are more of a siphon style to get the water back out. What have you all used as a pump for these. I know these barrols are used a lot for this.

We let gravity flow for ours. We have it in a cradle and open the top air spigot and open the lower spigot to the hose. Many of my friends use hand pumps while others just use a piece of clear tubing...1" and make a siphon. They put one end into the barrel and prime it and water comes out.
