I'm slowly turning my bare 4' short wall dressing room into a comfortable weekender setup. One of my next steps is to setup a bank of 6v batteries to handle electrical needs while I camp. I will have a 2000w generator available to recharge with. I plan to run a small 12v fridge (Whynter FM-62DZ), small microwave (maybe 15 mins a day), trailer lights, recharging cellphone, gps, camera batteries and laptop. The only addition would possibly be a fan in the summer. I don't want to have to recharge the batteries more than once a day. Could I get away with 2 Duracell EGC2 batteries or should I go with 4? I'm also unsure if I should be installing the batteries in a bootbox in the dressingroom or in a box under the gooseneck of the trailer. I'm confident I can fit 2 under the gn but 4 would be pushing it as I already have my spare tire and dual propane tanks there. Thanks for any and all help.

No matter the size and number of batteries, keep them outside. Batteries being charged emit hydrogen gas which at best stinks and at worst is explosive.

With a solar trickle charger, we can run a weekender for a weekend on one 12V battery. Our microwave is ac only, and needs a shore cord to power it and the A/C unit. We run the fridge, water heater, pump and lights off the battery.
Two 12V batteries will run a full sized 13' LQ for three of us about ~4-5 days before they need to be recharged. Using a furnace continuously will kill them in about 1 1/2 days.
