Just bought a 1994 4 star LQ trailer. The seller had carpet over rigid insulation over the original carpet. Pulled it all up to find a LARGE soft/rotten area in the plywood flooring. Plus, it's damp. There is some sort of insulation (1/4 inch foam?) between the plywood and what appears to be a solid sheet of aluminum. This is directly over my gray water tank. Any ideas? I can't find any obvious leaks.

Someone ran a screw through the wrong place in your holding tank or it's not sealed at inlet, and when your tank gets full it leaks into the floor

Yep, upon further investigation it appears both tanks leak. Looks like I'll be dropping the tanks, hubby said he'll do the welding. I was not looking for a project trailer.....especially an expensive one. Bummed. Does anyone know how the dang things are plumbed on the topside?
