I am looking at a circle J 2007 4 horse gooseneck. It has all the features I would like. I was wondering if anyone has experience with, heard about these trailers. I have a 3 horse featherlite gooseneck now.

They were built up in the Boise Idaho area. They have recently gone out of business like a lot of trailer mfg with the current ecconomy.
They were usually well built. Most had a one piece fiberglass roof. That rarely leaked and insulated both the horses and the dressing room area from the sun beating down. Most componets are pretty much industry standard, Lights, locks, hitches, axles etc should be easy to get parts for.
If it's in good shape at a fair price, I don't see any problem with buying it.

I think Circle J is back in business now though
Circle J filed bankruptcy in winter of 2008 and was purchased by Big Tex Trailers about 6 months later and have been building horse trailers again for about 2 1/2 years now.
