Needing some advice on repairing a living quarters we have. There is some trim missing on the interior. You can purchase the exact trim at Lowes. If I purchase it, what is the best way to attach it? Also, the tile floor could be redone, is the stick down laminate they have at Lowes okay?

Forgot to add: This trailer doesn't have insulation on the walls, only wall covering (wallpaper) no big deal, but could use an update? How hard would it be and what are the steps to removing old wall paper and applying new? There is a thin wood type paneling/board under the wall paper. Any information regarding help to this project would be appreciated!

Thanks!
