I've had nothing but good customer service and I purchased a trailer that was already out of warranty. Granted you will find interiors, but for the initial purchase I don't think you can beat their quality.

Hi -I'm going to agree with "grumpy"...I've had 2 Outlaw conversions and they have bent over backwards to "make "anal picky" husband happy - I was already happy just not as picky...they do fine quality work...and I think they have smaller less expensive interiors right on up to super luxury..depending on what you want. We have hickory cabinets and all the doors and panel doors are solid wood and the finish is beautiful with a lot of attention to detail. So, knock on wood, we are very satisfied and would buy another Outlaw conversion...we have also had a trailer with a Showtime conversion I believe they are in Indiana and they have done some very nice interiors too. Just depends on your budget if you are ordering new or if you just purchase a used trailer.

I don't want to put any company down here but I am having some issues with Showtime. We bought our trailer new 8 years ago, sent to Indiania to Showtime to get living quarters installed. The first time we used it there was a water leak in the bathroom sink. Improperly installed plumbing. The a.c. would not work. This all was very flustrating to a new owner without any LQ experence. We called Showtime and they told us to take it to a Coleman dealer which is what the AC was. We did get it fixed free of charge but it was a hassle and it was just wired up wrong! The LP gas monitor keeps going off and we assume needs replaced as there is no gas leak. I have been calling Showtime for several weeks and three days in a row the phone has been busy. Finally got a hold of a parts salesman to order new LP gas monitor and he said he would call me back. I have called him two times and leave messages. I gave up! They have moved to a different city in Indiania, so maybe the company has changed. Our LQ is done with quality material and design, but the after service is not so good.

Outlaw Conversions are awesome! I've had 4 of them and wouldn't have another kind. My LP detector was alarming and couldn't find a leak. Called Outlaw and explained situation(we were in Ft Worth) at a horse show and they had a mobile tech pick up a LP detector and come to us and install it!
