Does anyone know of a LQ conversion company near Virginia? I've been talking to JBJ Conversions in Conyers GA. They look like they do beautiful work at a very reasonable price but was hoping to find someone closer than 8+ hours away. A friend had Double D do hers a while back but they now send everything to Indiana. I priced a package at Golden Gait in NC but they aren't within my budget. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

After extensive "research" I have decided that putting LQs in my almost 10 year old trailer isn't the way to go. This will be my first LQ trailer & at my age (late 50s) don't know how much longer I'll be riding so don't want to invest huge sums of money in one. I also don't want to go with used because I can't find what I need & don't want somebody else problems to fix. I'm considering a Bison Trail Hand. They make a 2H 6' LQ that would be the perfect size & in my price range. Opinions are welcome! Also who would give me the best deal within 200 miles of Richmond VA???

If I were in your place I would check out a Maverick from Lucky B. I think that was the brand I saw. It was a very compact yet pretty complete LQ at a very reasonable price.

If you're looking within mileage, I suggest reviewing the Adams 2H GN Excursion. Their manufacturing facility is in VA and have dealers in both NC & DE, both will quote custom LQ. I just bought one that I'm finishing myself but base unit price was $16k and they include a lot that other manufacturers charge as options.
