Anybody have any experience with these? I have one in my trailer. I unhooked it to remove the interior and hooked it back up temporarily while redoing the interior. I can't get the 12 volt side to work now. Everything is hooked up as it was before and all the fuses are good. I did the initial install, so I'm sure it's hooked up as it was. Now it wont charge the battery or operate the 12V accessories. I see that these converters are no longer available, so I'm guessing there is a good reason for that!

Are you running a single or two wire system? Is the unit properly grounded?

Single wire system, and yes it's grounded properly. It's grounded to the chassis.

Figured it out! One of the wires for the charger slipped out as I connected it. It still looked as if it was making contact, but in fact was not. hooked it all up again, and all is good. 48
