She should be able to crank it manually. I had to do this one time when my batteries were bad. It did help to hold the electric switch on while I was cranking.

If the jack has easily accessable, external electrical terminals, you might try to use an automotive jumper cable from the LQs B+ battery terminal to the jack's B+ terminal. If it runs, you can conclude that inline fuses or relays as being the source problems.
Most electrical jack problems are caused by dirty terminals or low battery voltage. Cleaning the connections, and adding dielectric grease before they are reassembled, can eliminate many issues.

She says that when the electric jack, equalizer systems, was installed, after market, that she did not get the crank back?I was able to put a charger on batteries to get it to lift up. Alas, she cannot leave til tomorrow! I guess the batteries were completely dead. Thanks !!

I wonder the same thing. and they do not charge when plugged into the truck either?
Anyway, she is on the road, and will take the trailer in as soon as she gets home.

Most LQs have a "battery" switch .Mine is located at the battery box. I had one before that was up near the bed in the LQ on an interior wall. Is it possible that the switch was turned off? Just something to check.
