I am trying to locate where I can purchase replacement window screens for the living quarters.  The screens will need to have rounded corners. I would appreciate a source for the replacement screens or for a screen kit that I could make the screens (all of the kits I have found have square corners).

I contacted the Featherlite dealership but they couldn't help. My trailer is a 2001 and they said they did not carry the replacement screens.

Are they held in place with vinyl splined rope/string? If so you can repair them yourself for little of nothing....  http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/window-screen-repair-kit/9473

Replacing the screens is a job I just haven't got to yet...

Here's a video how-to.  Only his screen has square corners.  With a trailer screen that has rounded corners, the spline is a single piece.  Start the spline on the bottom center.

Take a small piece of your spline to Home depot or lowes to get the proper size spline.  The neat spline tool is only a few dollars.

Thanks so much for all your suggestions, but I need to locate the actual frame for the screen. I need to find a replacement frame with round corners or find a kit to make them.

Thanks
