It appears that the door inbetween living quarters and stalls is just a common entry door with some structural supports around it for the frame. Or do they acctually make a door for this purpose.

All companies use different types of doors. The "high end" manufacturers make their own walk thru doors; but other companies purchase their doors from door/window manufacturers for this purpose. These doors are called pass thru or walk thru doors. Stud doors are either a lower half partition that hangs below the standard divider; or a full height divider that runs almost to the ceiling; and is usually found in the location of the first stall (next to the slant wall).
