Subject: Westerner Model Older Trailer requesting info

Location: La Grange, CA 95329

We recently purchased an older two horse side by side bumper pull trailer.  The ID plate reads   WESTERNER   model  Q4E  Special   Richards Manufacturing Company,  Inglewood, CA.  I am unable to find any info on this brand or manufacturer.  I am in the process of getting it registered and tagged and the California DMV office needs some additional info.  Any Help?

A little additional info,  The trailer has fender wells, similar to maybe the front fenders on a 1940 ford. sort of tear drop shape.
