I have a 1995 4 Star 4 horse that is in excellent condition inside and out, love it....needs to be cleaned as it has been years since being done , what products are safe to use on it...is Streak master aluminum Brightner safe for it? or would that ruin the finish?

If the trailer is bare aluminum and not painted, it might be easier to go to a truck stop and have it acid washed inside and out. If it has a painted surface, a citrus wash will not damage the paint.
The product you have mentioned, has been used by members of this forum with satisfaction. At the expense of some labour, it will restore the new shine look to your trailer.
