My new "used" 4-year old aluminum trailer is leaking in the LQ ; the carpeted wall is "sweating" in the nose (by the mattress) with heavy rainwater accumulations on the carpeted floor of the nose.  The wall in question is between the nose window and nose tip,  but I think the source is the roof seam.  What sort of structural problem is causing this? Thanks.

Probably caulking failure, not structural per se.
