I was thinking of putting chrome simulators on my trailer to dress it up instead of spending alot of money for new rim, has anybody used them and do they stay good on your rim, plus if so where did you get them I have found several web site that sell them, and the one I found or stainless steel not chrome

As long as you get the bolt ons you will be pleased with them. Those pop on ones work great going on. Takes all of about 30 seconds. But they come off faster!

I have the bolt on type on both of my trailers, made by I think, Eagle. They are stainless, two piece design, rugged and good looking. They cannot come off as did the one piece, press ons that they replaced.
I bought mine through Select Trailer. Call Roger @ 931-685-4040 and he can ID what you need & UPS it ASAP. He has an EBay store at SelectTrailer. Very fast service and good prices.

PHOENIX is probably the manufacturer of the most stainless steel simulators sold. The 2 piece is definitely the only kind to buy. They last a long time, and will change the look of any trailer. They do a great job of covering up "UGLY WHEELS" !!

I put the plasitc ones from Northern Tool on mine last year till I found wheels and had good luck with them. They looked good and easy to clean. Now that I have wheel these plastic ones are now on my ol' POS farm truck and it goes thru hell and they are still on! Not bad for 20 bucks each!
But fancy wheels really set off any trailer! If funds are there to spend!

I think if you have some good chrome wheel simulator around, then things would be much better. In that way, you would be able to really make things work out and at the same time, you would be able to really compensate all the things that is needed for your vehicle.

No reason to be sorry...sarcasm is an accepted form of criticism...
