I just installed living quarters in my horse trailer, and all is well except for the noisy water pump. Basic plumbing only involved here.  ShurFlo water pump, 16 gal. water tank, 1/2 inch pex between the pump from the tank, and 1/2 inch reinforced tube from the pump to the faucet.  There is only about 2 feet of tubing coming into and leaving the pump and no hot water involved.  Like I said, basic running water ((cold only)  and no real bends in the tubing.  When I turn on the faucet, the water pulses and there is a loud vibrating noise.  What am I doing wrong ?

I have owned both a camper and LQ trailer and the pump is loud on both of these.  I had a Jayco fifth wheel and I could hear the pump running when taking a shower.  Unless it is extremely loud, this has been a common occurrence for me.

Some of the noise can be caused by a rigid mounting of the pump. If it is mounted on rubber feet, it will reduce the amount of vibration transmitted to the floor/wall. In such a small area, a certain amount of noise can be expected.

Install about 3' of flexable hose on both sides of the pump and mount it on a piece of 3/4 plywood and see if that will reduce some of the noise. I have done this several times on all my LQ trailers and have reduced the noise.

I reduced the noise from our pump considerably by installed flex tubing from the pump to the hard lines per the manufactures suggestion. A lot of the noise was the plumbing lines vibrating.

The water pulses are developed by the pump mechanism.  The Shurflo is a diaphram type pump.  The motor drives a cam that moves 1 or more diaphrams to push the water to your faucet.  The way to eliminate the pulses is to install a 1 or 2 gallon pressure tank after the pump.  Or allow enough flex tubing to act like a pressure tank.

Most of the noise is from hard mounting the pump. You can purchase rubber grommets that will reduce this noise. Another option is where the mounting studs are molded in rubber.
