Has anyone purchased one of these models yet? If so, how do you like it? We are considering one but were concerned with the plumbing and how low to the ground it is. It is located close to the axels which will help and we were looking at it in tall grass. I love the LQ layout but that is a major concern as we like to camp and are not showing right now.

I have a 2007 Lakota 4 horse with a 10" LQ.  I too was concerned about the low slung tanks when we got it.  We are now at 3 years with no problems. 

Every year we go boondocking for week, we have camped in fields of sage and rabbit brush and towed over trails in Colorado to get to fields with boulders that we called "camp" and so far no damage.  I think them sitting so close to the trailer axle keeps them safe.

Hi, we just bought a 2011 Lakota Charger 4h, 15 ft short wall,w/slide 40 total length. We ordered it though Lakota of Ohio. We had never seen one before we got it delived so we had lots of questions too.  My husband is concerned about our plumbing draging too. We have a hill and a curve in our drive way that we have to put a little ramp  just to make it up, with a hair to spare. We are going to fix it soon.  When we are pulling out of some places he makes me get out to check to see if we are draging (like I can do something about it!) It does sit up pretty high the one step at the door is a leap for me. I wish we had 2 steps. But everything else is really nice we love it.
