I have camped there with my horse but it's been a few years. They have water/elec and nice big stalls. If the stalls are full, they will erect pens for you. I had a nice time while I was there and got in plenty of riding. They have some trails on the property and then the rest are on water management properties which adjoin each other. I hope this is helpful.

I doubt you will run into any golf carts on the trails. Ditto on the hogs, though all of Fla has wild hogs.  You might also see some deer. I camped at Suanne once, but they have gotten very pricey and if they are haivng any music events will not allow horses to camp there.

Another option if 7 Bar L Ranch close by that is privatly owned.  Andy and Crystal Lawrence are very accomodating and very nice. They have about 300 acres total, around 8 electric/water campsites around a lake as well as a few with sewer.  Two bathouses, campfire with supplied wood and chairs, dogs welcome, 12 covered stalls, tack/feed room, and several grassy pastures.  Prices are very reasonable.  You do have to ride about 15 minutes to reach the trailheads to Lineville and Mattair the water management areas, but nice riding to get there.  You're about 10 minutes from the town of Live Oak which is very handy.  They make you feel very welcome, so most of my friends are now camping there instead of Suwanne.

   They even have a small cabin fully furnished, but I didn't look in it when I camped there.  You can ride over to Suwanne and ride their trails and then continue west through Fox Trail WMA and to Alldart.  Mattair is to the west of 7 Bar L, and you can also ride Woods Ferry, so the total riding area is quite extensive.
