The clearance lights on my 2002 4Star trailer have always been iffy. They are Peterson 130's, with the push in bulbs. I have to remove the lens covers and push/twist/wiggle the bulbs too get them all to light. Power and ground both test fine. Is there an easy fix for these receptacles? Is there an LED replacement light that would use the same 4 mounting holes? All the Peterson LED's are smaller. If I reuse the inner set of screwholes for a smaller light, how would I seal the lens cover screwholes? RTV or a rubber washer, and reset the screw?

Yes, you can buy replacement LED's that have the same mounting holes. Check on ebay for the cheapest price.
