Horse trailers don't have a BlueBook guide like cars and light trucks, this book is just a guide. You need to go online Trailer Sites / Dealers and get an idea what other trailers like yours are selling for. You can also take your trailer to a couple of differant dealers and see what they say. Like anything else a trailer is only worth what someone is willing to pay and in this economy it's tough and there are alot of trailers for sale.

if you have a LQ trailer such as Sundowner, Exiss, TW and a couple of others you can get an idea on NADA.com
