Well I survived Donner Pass, 50 miles at 30 mph all single lane construction. Come visit me at the Western States Horse Expo in Sacramento. The next stop of my EZ Connector Horse Expo Tour, sponsored by HorseTrailerWorld.com . New this trip is Side Tracker, coupler alignment like you've never seen before and we have the DaBull coupler lock. We're wiring my new trailer with EZ Connector, see the install. My booth is next to the food court of course. Pictures as soon my internet stays on for more than 2 minutes at a time.

Finally, internet didn't work at my hotel the last two days. Big crowds on Friday, Saturday a little slower, Sunday should be big, Toyota is paying for half of entrance. Great weather, long lines for the Magnificent 7 Finals Friday night. Good attendence of Mustang Challenge Saturday and sale Saturday night. Come see the new trailer accessories we're introducing at this expo. Pictures at http://www.mrtrailer.com/cushiontour.htm

Loaded the rest of the pictures, see the Zebra baby, trailer covers and more. Even made it over Donner pass again. Worst piece of highway I've been on including Detroit. Now I know why he became a canibal. http://www.mrtrailer.com/cushiontour.htm

Hey, Mr. Truck...It was great meeting "the real person" behind the forum. You're a movie star in my book. I loved that baby zebra, and the minis with their tennies were too cute! I looked at all the trailers even though I can't afford one. My old trailer will have to last another few years I guess. It's "only" 17 yrs old! I did bring home a Hart catalog for the hubbie, but he just ignored it. Oh well. My trainer's mustang brought in the 3rd highest price at the Mustang Makeover auction, so it was a really successful trip for her too. I love my Hackney Horse, and was thrilled to find vintage jewelry with Hackneys on it!!! Where else but a Horse Expo could you find something like that? See you next year!

Good talking to you gemm, that's the fun part of the trip, now you can see how much like Brad Pitt I look, just more gray hair, more wrinkles, big belly, missing teeth, but other than that, we're twins.
Linda, those pictures are from the Pomona expo, the president of Peek Polishes demonstrated on my fender what his product could do. It worked nice, I just need someone to do the whole trailer for me. I'm alergic to manual labor. But you can find out more http://www.tripeek.com/main.html I think it's from England

I'd like too, I'm scared of all the extreme trailer laws in the New England states. I tow doubles and the East coast doesn't like that. I've always heard that's a great show. Long way from Colorado, I'd like to get to Congress if I can get in, that would finish off the tour budget for this year. When the economy improves, we'll get back to 7 or 8 expo's a year instead of 5. I wish I got paid for being on the road. I'm happy when we break even, but even Alan Jackson has to tour to sell CD's. Folks want to see and touch the new products we introduce. Someday we'll do it all on the road, just have to write songs instead of reviews.

We were there last year and the Equine Affaire in Pomona CA in January. In Ohio we had 3 days of rain out of 4 in April. I've heard the Equine Affaire in Mass. is the largest of the three and would like to try it. Just have to load the show on a train.

What's the weather like in Taxachusets in November?
Extremely variable...can be warm...cool...cold...dry....wet...snow...it all depends on the jet stream locations and what weather patterns are coming up the coast and across the country...

I've been working on the book for 5 years now. Writing is harder work than I thought. I would be cool if some year maybe at Congress, have a HorseTrailerWorld b-b-que and meet with a few hundred folks from this forum. I think it would be fun, have a buffalo chip throwing contest, horse trailer judging contest, wet t-shirt contest etc.
