Next year, probably late summer, some friends and I will be in the San Diego area; while there, we would like to find a place to rent/ride horses on the beach! I am looking for ideas- good places to rent horses from, even if its just for an hour or 2. My friends' son will be graduating from the Marines by then, we thought as long as we are there- we have always dreamed of riding along the ocean (not bringing our own horses). Thanks in advance for any info:)

If you check the phone book while your there you'll find stables. We went to check them out while visiting a few years ago. Chose to save our money. The place is close to Mexico border, I'm thinking the last or next to last exit before entering Mexico off of I-5. Sorry I don't remember the prices. This insn't much help sorry.
