Just got back from 2nd camping trip in my new Kiefer. As soon as I set up the monitor panel showed the black water at 3 out of 4. I was connected to sewer so I opened the valve. I don't think anything came out. I ran water thru and opened the valve again. It never moved from the 3rd light until a few days and lit up as full. Dumped again and it went down to 3. Also the grey water never went below 2 out of 4. I've never had a monitor panel with sensors.

I haven't seen very many of the grey or black tank monitors that work very accurately. When I replace the tanks I just mark them and tape them up, I hate to spend the money on something that only works twice. Have heard if you put water in the tank then a bag of ice and go drive around it will clean the sensors, and I do know one guy that tried it with no success. Just one technology that hasn't been perfected in my opinion. In your case it could be miss wired and since it's a new trailer I'd have the dealer check it. All of my experience is with used trailers and I just don't worry about the monitors.

Might have "something" stuck to it. Get one of the sprayers that you put a hose on and stick down the toilet and spray the tank out. Wally world and any rv store will have the sprayer.

Something is stuck to a sensor. Next time you get ready to go, fill it halfway with water. Leave it in while you are traveling. When you get there, dump it. Might take a couple of times of that. My trailer is an 01 and mine still works. Occasionally I will have to flush it out like that though.
It connects between the tank opening and hose and works wonders! Just dump the tank, turn on the Hydroflush let it run for a few, turn it off and let it drain. If there is still stuff on the sensor, keep repeating until it comes off. We use it on both our grey and black tanks.
