I just bought a 6 ft short wall trailer that is unfinished.  I have been looking on the net to find cabinets for this area.  Can you use regular cabinets from Lowes or will these be too heavy?  Thinking of a couch with a fold out bunk.  Anyone ever put this in.  Thanks for your help.   Barb

Barb, Welcome! You will get lots of good help here. I also have just purchased a trailer with a 5 foot short and will be converting it. Lot's of pre-planning is needed before you ever start. I've changed my plan several times already! Graph paper is very helpful -Betty

Welcome! Barb use the search function in the upper left corner as there have been a lot of threads about cabinets and finishing off dressing rooms.

Good luck.

This link was recently posted by a forum member in response to a question I had. This company has some good ideas and photos for interiors.

I've called and e-mail JBJ Conversions recently and got no response. Has anyone else had this happen?

I'm looking for someone to put an interior into my trailer and have had no luck. Any suggestions??? I thought with the economy it wouldn't be too difficult to find someone but I'm wrong!

Alot of the interior company's have gone under . but you can still find a few that will do an interior . Harmar Inc. out of Elkhart builds there own trailers now but still put interiors in for some customers . give them a call 574-294-1269 hope this helps.

Thanks Jim for the pictures!  Did you finish off the walls yourself too?  I like the wood on the ceiling.  Barb

We have been redoing the inside of our dressing room.  I have tried to find a all in one cabinet to put in our trailer.  So far I have only found one company that has this item.  Anyone have any idea's on cabinets that has ref. microwave, sink, cabinets, ect as a all in one unit?   Thanks for the help.  Barb
