Well, I finally got a walk thru door, AC unit, awning, and stud divider, all the goodies I've wanted for camping.  Oh, did I forget to mention that they are all attached to a new trailer? I put a lot of thought into adding these to my old trailer but finally just said "what the heck" and bought a new one, lol...  Hey, I'm just doing my part to stimulate the economy...

My wife wanted a new microwave. She got one in the overhead cabinet of a LQ. You have to live your life to the fullest. If you continually wait for "somedays", eventually you'll run out of those days.

I'm glad you now have what you've wanted, and I hope it brings you much enjoyment.

Thanks for the reinforcement of my decision!  Yes, the 3 Merhow is what I bought. As soon as it comes in I will take pictures and post.  I'm kind of proud of myself for knowing my limits, though.  I almost bought one with a weekender package but it got me too far out of my comfort zone financially.  The one I bought was a great deal and I feel much more comfortable knowing I can pay it off in 4-5 years.  Actually, the weekend package was being offered at a fantastic price (and I probably should have done it) but I just couldn't justify it.  The dealer was wonderful (although I think I have driven her crazy for the past 2 years) and I met the head honcho at Merhow who personally stands behind his products (no, I am not an employee of Merhow or the dealer, lol).  I think I was probably on the dealers lot for about 10 hours over two days before deciding (like I said, I was probably driving her nuts!! lol).  Funny thing though, once I made the decision to buy it was easy to spring for the a/c, awining, extra hight and extra lenght in the dressing room.  Then I called and added a couple of 110 outlets (an extra one in the dressing room up in the gn area and an exterior one) and the upgraded nose...  I can't wait to go camping with it!!

Shopping for a new trailer is half the fun!  Congradulations.  I shopped for about 2 years and I am thrilled with my new trailer.

There is just something so gratifying about seeing your dream parked in the driveway. Congrats!

I would agree, except when your "dream" stays parked in the driveway all the time it is really not a good thing.  I applaud the OP for staying within his limits.  I was (and still am thankfully) within my limits with the LQ in my signature.  It was sure nice when we were using it regularly.  But my horse hauling needs have changed (thanks to the arrival of the best baby boy in the world about two years ago!) and are served well by a little 12' GN stock trailer.  The LQ pretty much stays parked.  But it sure is purty look at.  I just would rather see it in someone else's driveway.  Oh well if it doesn't sell, the little guy will be ready for pee wee barrels in another couple of years so I'll probably get to drag him around to some shows.

PS: Don't take my comments the wrong way...I am 100% thrilled to death with my son....the LQ can rot in the driveway for all I care.  I'm sure glad and extremely blessed to have my baby boy.
