One picture has a concern, the one in the horse compartment with the water on the butt side floor. If it was raining with the windows open, it would be understandable. The picture is taken in the winter and outside. Maybe I am paranoid but.....Pretty trailer, and it would fit our needs. The oval roof......Is it 7 foot at the center or at the side? Are there any problems with this type of roof? What's a Canadian light package? It doesn't appear to be wired for a generator but that isn't a major issue, but it is a negative when making an offer. I do appreciate input from you guys....
For those trailer buying experienced people on this forum, if this trailer is clean, what would you offer them?

The trailer will be 7' at the sidewalls from the bare floor, 4 Star puts alot more bow in the roofs to help with runoff, the Canadian light package is the three taillights, two down low and one set up high, one set of the lower lights will be turn signal only. As far as value, If you offer them $32,000, you'll own it, and it's worth it.

That water is cleaner than anything your horses are going to do. It is a livestock trailer, not a cargo trailer. If it isn't leaking into the horse area, just hang on, it will somewhere or sometime. If it worries you, try and get over it because you will be disappointed with most trailers.

The trailer looks clean and well cared for. From that photo, I have a hard time determining whether there is snow or water in the stall area. If it's snow, it would probably be as a result of a window being left open.
As was stated, the water will do little damage compared to urine. You will want to pull the mats anyway, as part of your inspection. Window or door seals can be replaced or adjusted if required.
$32k would be a good place to start. At that price, you can afford the necessary maintenance, to get the trailer exactly the way you want it.
