Welcome to HTW...!! If it were me and I felt that I really had to rent my truck to someone, I would have to go with the NADA retail book value of my truck, paid in advance.... I'll sell my trucks but I ain't renting them to anyone...!!! If you're renting this truck to a friend, you won't be friends much longer. If you are real particular about this truck, your friendship will all be over shortly after they return it.

You also better get a commercial truck insurance policy, because if you RENT YOUR TRUCK OUT and they're in a wreck...your current home owners policy is worthless...and if they caused the accident, plan on being named in the lawsuit that will be coming...
