Most integral hydraulic system reservoirs are incorporated into the rear axle/transmission assemblies. There should be a dip stick somewhere on this assembly, under the seat, behind the seat near a filling port etc. Auxiliary systems often have a remote reservoir with a cap on the top. It sometimes is part of a front loader frame assembly.
I own a competitor brands, so I'm unable to tell you exactly where to look. The model and size of your machine will also change the location of the indicators and fill points.
A call to your dealer should quickly provide what you need.

Thanks ya'll....I know this is off topic but I do appreciate your comments. Think I better go see a dealer tomorrow. I loooked at the New Holland site and even found the parts diagrams to no avail. Really sorry the manuals got lost in the move.....anyway, this is a great site and I appreciate the good folks here!

What size New Holland tractor? I have a Ford/New Holland 3930, it has a dip stick hidden away down by the left final drive and rear frame. Each model and frame size has a different way of checking as well as a different location for the dipstick/sightglass/check plug/etc. Go ahead and order you a new owners manual while you've got them on the phone. Changed that Hydraulic oil and filter/s lately??
