How do you get the rigid insulation to conform to the curve of the wall ? Also, does any one have the link to the site of a DIY conversion, I can not find it now that my husband is ready to do it !

You cut parallel longitudinal slits in the backside of the insulation about 2/3 rds the thickness of the insulation. This will allow the insulation to bend while still retaining its surface integrity.

If you are talking about the inside of the top rail I just use piece of batting type insulation in there, then run your wallboards up into that area, then run you ceiling boards over to create a square. It makes it alot easier to mount cabinets if you eliminate the curve.
