I have a 2001 Barrett 3-horse. I have to get the brakes replaced, bearings packed, and some welds fixed underneath. I also need new tires. The tires mounted they said were 799.25. I have no idea if any of this is going to cost.

Brakes are about $100-$125/pr (parts only) The wheel bearings have to be pulled to access the brakes, and can be cleaned and repacked at the same time. To change the brakes and repack the wheel bearings can be accomplished in about 45 minutes to an hour per wheel without breaking a sweat. Three to four hours labour at ? of your local shop rates plus parts will do your running gear.

Tire prices  will vary depending on the size and weight ratings. If you use a standard 16" E range tire, you might want to ask about new truck "take offs" that are typically sold for about 2/3 that of a new tire price .

Welding is typically charged by the hour plus materials at fabrication shops. Again, I don't know your hourly rates or how much work is involved.
