This really tore at my heart. I help with beagle rescue and get all sorts of alerts on missing/lost dogs. I got this request and felt the need to pass it on to this foru, as I think we do have some OK members. Please cross post to your contacts. Let's help get this little dog home to his family.PLEASE CONTACT OWNERS DIRECTLY AT bringhomemason@yahoo.com$2500.00 Reward for safe return of Bulldog (OKC)CONTACT bringhomemason@yahoo.comDate: 2008-07-24, 8:52AM CDTTo whomever took our bulldog, Mason...let me tell you what the past few days have been like at our home. Our son is autistic and Mason is his best friend. You cannot imagine the pain he is in. Our son will not eat, drink, barely sleeps and in the past two days he has become very angry with outbursts of uncontrolled crying. If you have an ounce of compassion in your body you will bring Mason back! My son did not ask for this, Mason did not ask for this. If there was EVER anything in this world that is wrong...this is it! Once again, I will PAY YOU to bring him home! Our english bulldog, Mason was taken from INSIDE our home in the Hefner area while we were away on Saturday.Mason is a red and white neutered male bulldog. He has a black Harley Davidson collar with three tags on it. A HomeAgain microchip tag, an id tag with our information, and a rabies tag. Mason is sweet and kind and wouldnt harm a fly. He belongs with his family and we miss him very much. Our children have done nothing but cry for Mason to come home.WE ARE BEGGING YOU!! If you took Mason, we will buy you a bulldog if you just give Mason back. He is a part of our family and cannot be replaced. His allergy shot is due TOMORROW and if he doesnt have it he will break out in hives. He is allergic to most grass and several trees, among other things. Mason also has to eat special food because of his allergies. He has never spent a night outside and I pray that he is inside and not out in the heat. Bulldogs cant stand the heat and he will have a heat stroke! If you have any information about Mason or who has him, please send me an email and I will not ask any questions! We just want Mason home with us!My husband wrapped Mason's training leash around the tree in our frount yard. If you want to do the right thing and return him, please hook his collar to the leash.THANKS!!

IcePony the link did not work. Can you tell us what happened. It is sooo sad when any one loose a pet no matter how it happens. I would be lost with out my little dogs or horses. They are what gives my life meaning.

The posting has ben removed. Are we sure this is for real?
You would think you should be able to google the Oklahoma Newsmedia Sites...public interest stories like this always seem to be picked up by the Media...
